Brief BIO

I've had a love of art since elementary school, drawing tweety bird and other cartoon characters for friends. Those skills and others gained along the years granted me the opportunity to hone my skills further at The Baltimore School for the Arts where visual arts were my studies. I drew, painted, sculpted and was formally introduced to photography and the darkroom (Prior to that I played around with my instant camera for fun). Of all the disciplines in visual arts, I was drawned to photography the most; I was able to incoroprate a lot of elements from what I've learned and enjoyed, into photography. In 2010 I gratuated from Barry University in Miami, FL with a BFA in photography. I've assisted a commericial photographer for a few years, spent a few more years in FL working as a photographer then moved back to the DMV area.

When I'm not behind the camera I'm usually spending time in church, at the gym, practing yoga, kickboxing, gaming, or being Auntie of the Year to my nieces and nephew. I'm a lover of life: I love experiencing new things, going new places, and pushing the comfort boundaries. Dad jokes and puns are the best. I'm likely to share one when the opportunity presents itself.
